You could say our spirits are soaring high today as we announce our 1st Annual Balloon Fiesta Vodka Bottle! After creating this bottle we knew the first people who needed to get their hands on it were none other than our wonderful New Mexico Hot Air Balloon Pilots! We sent a few bottles out and in return, we got back a bunch of amazing photos! We couldn't be more excited to have the official stamp of approval from our local Balloonists! We will be selling these bottles in our pour room and stores starting very soon! Stay tuned for details on where to get yours!

The Happy Accident is a colab cocktail crated by our friends over at @happyaccidentsbar made with our Red 96 Bourbon! You can get this cocktail on both our fall menu and Happy Accidents current menu! It's super delicious and tastes like fall in a glass! Andrew in the kitchen put together a delicious shareable appetizer that starts out with some drunken shrimp that ends up swimming in a sea of avocado!

I've been so excited to do this post for a few days now! For this week's food special Executive Chef Tristin Rogers has decided to do Shoyu Ramen! First off, I know it's hot outside and ramen isn't what you might expect but this is a sneak peek of our winter menu and I assure you that is super delicious! I love ramen and while I love Chef like a brother his first attempt over a year ago didn't have me super excited...but this one....this one is a flavor bomb! Trust me! Come try this! Oh yeah, we also have a drink special put together by Master Mixologist Courtney Edward's. But who cares because ramen! 😆😆😆
