Founded in 2017 in the heart of downtown Albuquerque. Hollow Spirits quickly became an Albuquerque favorite producing some of New Mexico's best spirits, craft cocktails and food from our scratch kitchen. The moment you walk in the door our warm environment and friendly staff will make you feel like family. Our pour room offers the perfect environment to host an event, have a romantic date night or have a night out with the whole family. Guests of all ages are welcome at Hollow Spirits, you don't have to be 21 to enjoy our amazing food and join the fun at our comedy shows and live music events.
For our guests 21 and over Gruet Winery and Sheehan Winery provide us with local red, white and sparkling wine we proudly serve and mix into our cocktails. If cocktails and wine aren't your style we offer a range of local beers and local ciders on tap to quench that thirst as well as seasonally rotating taps from Santa Fe Brewing, Bosque, Ex Novo and more of New Mexico’s favorites. Conveniently located within walking distance of some of Albuquerque's favorite breweries, Marble Brewery and Rio Bravo Brewing Company, we offer exclusively local beer and wine alongside our spirits.
Our recently renovated two-story patio offers views second to none! Munch on our sharable menu items while sipping a delicious cocktail and watching the sunset on Albuquerque's majestic Sandia Mountains.
